How can I return an order?
IYour satisfaction is important to us. Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please contact us before returning the item at order@raedwulf.de and provide your order number.
Please note that for hygiene and quality reasons, opened or tested perfumes, as well as fragrance samples, discovery sets and digital products or online courses explicitly excluded from exchange, cannot be returned.

Are purchases excluded from exchange?
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, opened or tested perfumes, as well as fragrance samples, discovery sets, and custom-assembled sample sets, are excluded from exchange and return.
Furthermore, courses and course packages are excluded from exchange and return. This exclusion is explicitly stated in the product description for each item.
Unopened and unused perfumes may be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with our return and refund policy.

When will I receive my order?
We will ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. For more details, see Shipping Policy
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. Our perfumes, in particular, are 'Made in Germany'. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure that our products are of high quality and at a fair price.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Germany costs €5.90. You will always see the shipping price before completing your purchase.
Sustainable shipping with GoGreen Plus from Deutsche Post and DHL
We ship your order with GoGreen Plus, the sustainability program from Deutsche Post and DHL. This allows us to reduce greenhouse gas emissions during shipping (CO2e) by at least 95%.
How does it work? Within their logistics network, Deutsche Post and DHL invest in alternative fuels and technologies, such as electric vehicles for transport or heat pumps in buildings.
The CO2e reduction achieved in this way is proportionally allocated to your shipment, thus reducing the CO2e footprint of your shipment.
However, this does not necessarily mean that your specific shipment is physically transported with vehicles or through facilities that use these sustainable fuels or technologies.
