Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from rædwulf parfums.
Return Period
You may return new and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of Goods
Returned products must be:
- unopened and unused,
- in their original packaging,
- in a resalable condition.
Items Excluded from Return
According to Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Therefore, the following items are excluded from return and refund:
- opened or unsealed perfumes,
- used or tested perfumes,
- individual fragrance samples,
- Discovery Sets,
- individually assembled sample sets,
- digital products and online courses, provided these are explicitly marked as excluded from exchange or withdrawal.
Free fragrance samples or Discovery Sets are also excluded from a refund.
If a free Discovery Set or free fragrance samples were included with your order and you return the main item, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding sales value of the free items from the refund, unless these are also returned unopened.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us
Please send an email to order@raedwulf.de, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Package Items Securely
Please package the items carefully to avoid damage during transit.
3. Ship Your Return
After reviewing your request, you will receive the return address and further instructions for returning the item.
Important Notes
Cost of Return Shipping
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Shipping with Tracking
We recommend using a shipping service provider with tracking. We cannot be held liable for lost returns.
Refunds
Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Method
The refund will be issued via the original payment method used.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs already paid will not be refunded, unless otherwise required by law.
Damaged or Defective Items
Should an item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please send an email to order@raedwulf.de with:
- your order number,
- a description of the defect,
- meaningful photos of the damage (if possible).
We will review the matter and offer you a replacement item or a refund, depending on the case.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you, we will refund the purchase price minus the incurred shipping costs.
